Project Description

Dreamforce is the learning event of the year and the largest software conference in the world. We successfully produced over 115 deliverables during Salesforce’s 4-day live event which shut down San Francisco and demanded the attention of over 12 million viewers.

I led and managed a team of six post-production specialists, including Video Editors, Media Managers, and Motion Graphics / VFX Artists. Responsible for collaborating with the customer to define the strategy to meet their requirements, we developed and executed a robust post workflow, which allowed lossless, redundant backups, and ensured the seamless transfer of over 35 terabytes of video content, including keynote presentations, product announcements and demos, fireside chats and conversations, studio interviews, sizzle reels, and social media cut-downs.

My ability to be decisive under pressure, adapt to additional requests, and beat deadlines despite last-minute changes received many direct praise from Salesforce’s stakeholders who characterized the endeavor as an unprecedented success.
